Now I was in this stock prior to and through the Jake Noch debacle. Here are his VNUE trades:

This was the "Pump" that occurred in May.

This also shows his IFLM trades. Now I am not sure what exactly Jake is doing with IFLM and why it is so important to him. However he is the founder of Pro Music rights.

"Pro Music Rights pays 100% of all Public Performance Royalties directly to the performers, songwriters, publishers, and legally-entitled rights holders who have joined Pro Music Rights on a monthly basis. Jake P. Noch founded Pro Music Rights as its current Chief Executive Officer after experiencing firsthand the systematic issues that plague the field of Public Performance Rights. Those issues have hindered the ability of performers, songwriters, publishers, and the creative community as a whole to earn a livelihood."

A concern I have with VNUE is with the actions of Jake. Obviously VNUE and Pro Music rights are partners.

Does the IFLM issue fit into the future of VNUE / Pro Music Rights? Will what is happening with IFLM affect Pro Music Rights? If it does how will that affect VNUE? Or has it already been?

Any insight or anybody that has more information or ideas on this please speak up. There seems to be something going on with Jake and this IFLM issue. Does it at all pertain to VNUE?
