i hear today from a usually reliable source that a formal complaint has been sent to the OTC market compliance about two of gary goodin and maurizio cordoba companies, namely medinah mineral inc and american sierra gold corp. and one will follow shortly re auryn mining I am told this is a very strong complaint against the officers and directors for a total lack of compliance and possible illegal acts on many issues over the last couple of years and the fact that medinah remains in default in the state of nevada and cannot legally remain in business for all corporate maters. the OTC compliance is very careful to ensure all the companies comply with their trading contracts Has anyone out there seen a copy of the complaint??
