Costello stated the name and symbol change was supposed to have been filed on July 16, 2019. There are either serious problems with FINRA or Costello lied once again.

"On July 16, 2019, the Board of Directors met and unanimously approved a resolution recommending an amendment to the Registrant’s articles of incorporation to change the name of the Registrant to GRN Holdings Corporation, and to file a Corporate Action Notification Form with FINRA to formally change the Registrant’s name and trading symbol."

The name is still Discovery Gold and the ticker is still DCGD.

A name change normally takes about 2 weeks with FINRA - this looks bad.
