I think, in this case, they get charged with the same crime that the fellow who was charged last year received. I for one, will do my best to see they are charged if their statements are proven wrong once again. I think it is time we all begin questioning the posters who predict future events with specific dates - as you say,they have done damage, and should be held accountable.
