if you will remember the pictures of the first, one and only, installation that can be affirmed. the picture was of a gadget being installed on a small roof top air conditioning unit. this unit would not have come from the factory with a means of adjusting the velocity of the supply air. best i can tell they installed a gadget to allow the supply air velocity to be adjusted. this could add up to 20% saving; maybe. the units are so small a utility will not give money for the upgrade. not deemed worthy of any kind of rebate. would take a few of these unit installs to present zngy as a reputable controls, energy management, publicly traded company. a few as in all of the units in the United States. zngy :)
