every controls company and energy management company has a creative means of selling their products. no business wants to pay out of pocket for an upgrade. sales engineers have to make their services look like a winning situation for the customer. the most popular funding is from a rebate or grant from the utility company. companies fight each other for these preferred contacts. real companies - unlike zngy with only an idea used to sell shares. zngy has nothing, is nothing, and will be nothing. zngy :)
