if your a flipper and you end up flipping at 7 ticks below the ASK your an idiot and will never make any money... if your a buyer and some idiot puts in a market sell when the ASK is 0034 and you get two buys at 0031 and 5 buys at 0027 you made a great buy...

My money is it was someone who is new and thought they could make a quick sell at 0033 where the Bid was and they put it in as a market and got their ass handed to them.
