The attorney CLEARLY says in his letter the financials are unaudited, prepared and presented by ONE PERSON , this same person being the CEO, CFO, COO, and realistically the only beneficial employee/shareholder to reap the benefits of said filings.

Usually not good idea to accept financials under this cloud of fraud, IMO, and wouldn’t fly with any responsible institutions.

Attorney also goes further to state he accepted documents at face value without acceptance of authenticity or validity. Everything given to attorney could be fake, he doesn’t know, doesn’t care, Attorney just points out he received them and used these documents of unknown validity as basis for his letter.

The letter is worthless.
