It would seem neilson and company worked together. Bought his first 100million or so shares well under .01. The last 30million bought around .01.. just guessing average pps ..005...probably lower. Nielson sold 30 or so million shares at around 4 cents. That we know.... and is probably slowly selling the rest. He made quite the profit working with the company hyping on this board. He missed the .20 pps... I can only guess to avoid a higher capital gains tax not knowing it would fall as low as it did in april.. days before the year was up from when he first bought in? Split profits? Most likely. Only guessing but seems logical.
