The projects have been dependent on oil prices. The company has been working towards moving forward as far as I can tell. The only reason we are not at $.70-.90 cents right now is a market guy who is trying to keep it low until he is ready to buy a bunch, I think. Why else sell shares at the bid on a day that shares are selling at the ask?
