Anyone notice A third party, Complete Investment & Management, LLC, paid Middam an additional $150,000 to extend the marketing campaign for PMCB another month thru 9/12/19... so in total they were paid $300,000...

Their disclosure says pmcb paid them the first 150K and this other company paid them another 150K to extend it a second month ending 9/12/19

What a waste of 300K
