Sims can extract his money in a variety of ways...

And one of the ways has nothing to do with the company getting the share price up..

He can take control of the company and liquidate whatever they have...if it's even worth anything...

Maybe he also miscalculated.

Don't rule that out...

And as far as the share price..why at this point would Bignitz care whether or not the stock is listed on the QB or not...

The company is a disaster..everyone has known that for a long time..hence the dirty money..versus clean money.
