Constant manipulation on level 2 , never ends very small amounts ( 1000 shares to 500 shares ) of buys to push price back down , meanwhile larger 10,000 to 20,000 buys are always to the upside . There are some exceptions , but this seems to be the standard for now.
Once the demand increases then it will be impossible to hold back untill then buy cheap shares @ .03 cents or under.
