Life in general is subject to change, including LAHO. Consider it an on-going evolution of things.

Also consider that what ever is produced by all living things are apt to change as a result in adaptation or in accommodation to life's way of being different when you wake up each morning.

Human life produces rules to live by. Same as above, rules either are formulated in such a way to automatically adjust to circumstances or must be revised to cover changes per events in our society.

SEC rules/regulations are of the former. Never know what is going to come up but such rules can be interpreted and implemented to meet the demand changes create in abidance with the intent of the law.

We see it here with LAHO. LAHO suspension turns out NOT to be the typical suspension....or at least its SHs have been led to believe that. Truth will be evident as time passes.

I am just saying that you can read all the rules you want but I would suggest that you not be so hard-nosed in thinking the actions required to remedy a situation or what is to befall is cookie cutter.

SEC rules are 'grey' as well. Do not expect 'normal' with LAHO. It appears that their actions will require a bit of a twist in 'normal expectation' and may result in a dramatic difference to what anyone interpreting the regs will expect. Time and results are unpredictable.
