Of course it's rubbish, another "mining" company scam.
Let's see them put this into an 8-K; they can't because they have not actually received any financing.

But the boiler room chaps (from Florida) will make a few $, a few folks here will make some, maybe a double, and this will run its course and go back into the cellar and there'll be a few bag holders, and life goes on.

I doubt the SEC will bust them though, depending on 8-K contents, but good to have a safe house in Hermisillo just in case.
