At the :35 and 6:50 time marks... it starts to talk about how Mehran Keshe has set up a 50/50 Joint Venture (JV) between Keshe GANS Technology and the Chinese Government with a valuation of 100 Million Euros with a new major funding initiative from the Chinese Government of having 1 Billion Euros in funding with an open-end commitment based on the Keshe Foundation bringing in more and new technology.
