Yield sign is there because of the Alternative Reporting Statius. Back on July 5th 2018 the company file a 15-12G with the SEC which reduced there reporting requirements (Going Dark). It is still in effect; this allows NNRX some leeway in reorganizing company, which they have implied they are in the process of doing. They are current with there Q Reports; I was corrected on that point last week when I though they were missing there end of year report, I was told that there are 60 days reporting time allotted for it.
