The Wa fed case is a class action.
Go read the Class Allegations section on page 59 of the original complaint (the first link in the post you replied to). The class only includes shareholders who held their shares on September 5 2008.
Anyone who bought their shares after that date won't ever see any reward from that case. Given that it is the only one asking a court to look at any events before the NWS in 2012, I wouldn't hold my breath on a giant settlement based on alleged nefarious government activity in 2008.
Not only this, I am not sure if Sweeney ever certified this as a class action. There are a couple of other cases (Wazee is one) that try to make all current shareholders into a class, but I don't think Sweeney ever certified them either.
