Sorry, I don't have premium to be able to respond to PMs, but I did some further digging. By-way of Ta-Yi Chien's FB I found Wei-Yu Lee's FB. Not much to see there, although he did "like" a company called Onset (www.onset-eo.com) that's been around since 1990, which is another optics company. Also, Ta-Yi Chien is the chairman of the aforementioned Lattice Energy Technology Corporation (LETC), which is an optics company.
Cheng-Che Lee appears to be a "student" at National Taiwan University working towards "Doctor of Philosophy, Electronics Engineering" 2017-2020 and formerly (I think) a student at National Formosa University working towards "Doctor of Philosophy, Graduate Institute of Electro-Optical and Materials Science" 2016-2020 according to linkedin. Skills listed are Integrated Optics, Semiconductors, and Optical Communications. Industry Knowledge listed is Solar Energy. Other Skills listed is Organic Optoelectronics.
Hsin-Jung Lee(Li) is the President/Board Member of Hunt Electronic Co Ltd since 2016, but also appears to be or have been the chairman of "iProSecu Corp.", and director for "Genesis D.S.P. Technology (HK) Ltd." and "Yudor Technology Co., Ltd.". I suppose this somewhat lines up with being listed as a director for this entity.
Unless 3 people with the same names come from out of left field with something completely different, I'm maintaining the belief this will involve the optics technology these individuals all have in common.
As far as the address, it seems as though 669 Chung Hsiao E. Rd., Sec. 5 houses some manufacturers and this company occupies portions of the 2nd and 5th floors.
