Berman DILUTES EVERY QUARTER, and will very likely continue to do so as he uses ONCI as his personal piggy bank.

Why is it so difficult for a company that claims to be making "record revenues" and "monthly profits" to obtain commercial financing on better terms for the company and its shareholders?

Most here understand the clear reasons why: because Berman COULDN'T CARE LESS about the company and its shareholders!

I've personally NEVER CALLED FOR A R/S here, but you gotta wonder: where is this actually going?
