Same reason we don't sticky every LYING tweet or PR or BS 'promise' Berman makes.

LEGIT DD says ONCI is a SCAM.

As you say, even SCAMS can go up - most OTC sub-penny shells ARE SCAMS, no biggie.

But let's not act like ONCI's 'financial statements' posted to otcmarkets website confer legitimacy, or that ONCI stock price will go up on actual business fundamentals - that would be silly.
