FSNR traded 53,600 sh in the .04s today.

Closed at .03

Is there any doubt that it will trade back in the .04s at some point, and it has already traded in the .05s and closing there recently too? Probably more trades at .03 in the coming mix too.

This sp is going to be bouncing up and down until we get favorable news, like a significant sales or contract to break-out of this range; which is also trading around wide spreads between the bids and asks.
