Aitken, What has me concerned is that "the committee" will decide
they be allowed to issue new TPL shares for management awards,
acquisitions, or even to raise cash (to give themselves more
money to play with.) I don't trust the 2 incumbent trustees
after what they tried to pull and all of the shareholder's money
they squandered. I do hope they put themselves in a situation
where they could be voted out. My guess is that whatever they
set up they will keep their positions from being voted on by
shareholders. Hopefully, I will be proven wrong and it will be
clear that the changes made were for the best interest of shareholders.
