Will LAHO be tradable on grey sheets or is this ticker over.

No. It's gone, because its registration has been revoked. You still own your stock, but now it's stock in a private company. It's still in your account, but without a ticker symbol.

Whether it'll ever trade again depends on whether LAHO files a new Form 10 and gets an MM to file a new Form 211. The company has said it plans to do that.
