“Certification for C1D1, and State regulations are a part of the process prior to acceptance of any deposits and cash from the clients.”

These units will not be delivered. Revenues will not be made.
Nothing until they get certs.
Will never happen.

Therefore, back to trips.
These PRs are fluff for the conversion holders to sell their shares.
