I agree that the steps taken were intentional. The PR stated that they agreed to accept the SECs recommendations which is why this is revoked prior to the expiration of the suspension. My guess is the merger goes through, they re-register the shares with a modified (potentially smaller) share structure thus eliminating the need for a RS then immediately uplist to the OTCQB or OTCQX exchange under GC when it trades again. Higher valuation for sure...IMO. Despite today's news, I still don't think we're dead yet.
