My short opinion, reading the nvsos page this morning - and i dont have expertise in seeing filing papers:
Something like - when the custodian was to change from 808 to Cool - i believe they had Bossung act as agent for them thinking it would shorten the process by him transferring custodianship to him, just diff companies. The nvsos in May had all Cool execs listed as agent (pres, coo, ect), though. I think finra for some reason has a wedgie over that shtt. Now Sept 5th (thurs after labor day) Bossung filing uploaded to put his name on all nvsos agent roles again. My guess (just a guess) is that update allows them to file another change form properly with finra to start the approval of some stuff to go through that was before rejected.
