At .0003, market opinion is nearly unanimous.

And why won't a reverse split happen?

1. Berman, like every pinkie CEO, said there are no plans to do a reverse split. Plans change.
2. Even if a pinkie CEO straight up says no reverse split, that is always limited to the quarter in which they make the claim.
3. Seriously, every bull / CEO that has ever had to state "no reverse split" was saying so because it was all too obvious that there would be a reverse split.

There's 100's of thousands of dollars of debt on the books. The stock is already trading at lows with no liquidity. Do you think the Canouse Bros. are just going to accept not getting paid? The only thing that keeps this "company" in the black is the sale of shares. Without it, there is no company. This is the exact situation that begets a reverse split.

Will Berman actually do it? That remains to be seen. He has scorn so many, it's hard to believe he would get any share price traction after a reverse split, but when it comes to pinkies, if there's a trade / buck to be made, it will find supports and promoters to push it no matter the ugly past.

Either way, legacy shareholders that are unable to average down into the .000x's basically have no hope, and even that tactic is pretty insensible with the market having far better trades to gamble on.
