it gets mighty humorous to read that Mexus has no gold, then....okay but only 5 to 8 ounces, then okay.....but slimy looking drops, then okay.

I don't find it humourous that a company claims to have gold and to have sold gold, but no gold sales have ever appeared on the company's financials.

Behavior that some consider fraudulent isn't a laughing matter.
