I gotta say from reading the filing it does clearly state they are extending the R/S...there's allot i don't like about how this company is operating including the fact that they will not return a single email or answer a phone. But in the situation of the R/S they do clearly state that they are extending to see if they can get the R/S below 1:1000 and even state in the filing that they would rather do a 1:300 - 1:500.
