..and I thought this was kinda interesting.. The Statement Certainly seems taken down a notch or two from the first statement put out by them..

What about that article I put up here that talked about a Weak Patent that gets rooted so to speak and the smaller companies not having the funds to fight it just pay a little for the right to go under them..takes less cash and less time..easier for them to just pay a little and get on with their lives..
