Honestly Tim, at this point, sadly considering I have been here for years, I have to admit this really does look like they have really screwed people. Basically, with getting salaries and perks out of millions of dollars in investment bonds on the backside for themselves without really caring much about common stock holders or the share price. And now, if they do not win this case, they could be looking at BK IMHO because this other company identified in the lawsuit more or less stole those assets the bonds purchased. That is the reality here. And that has not changed one bit unfortunately at this point regardless of a few emails and a questionable twitter account.
