You know, the more I think about this and the Q delay filed today, the more it dawns on me that some of the lack of big news and for everything being unleashed could seriously be the complicated nature of Audited financials and bringing all this together with potentially three small companies with two of them being private! If RCAT wants to go to NASDAQ or NYSE in the near future, they MUST run a tight ship this way and have all their ducks in a row NOW if they are going to eventually move up to a higher market because those financials will be looked at in their application. Of course, going from a private to a public level company requires audited GAAP and SEC accounting principals based financials which is a very expensive and big task. And, this does make one think about this considering the nature of bringing this all together so that it meets proper guidelines with all the ts crossed and i's dotted. Just a thought but I know for a fact this is a very monumental task when you have multiple companies that may have had very different accounting principals.

And yes, yet another good article. Seems like there are definitely some bread crumbs here IMHO regarding what is to come if you look at the overall picture RCAT is painting with the articles they are posting as a whole IMHO. Guess we will see.
