Are you trying to tell me SEC doesn't know majority of stocks in general are manipulated? And they decided to spend time, effort and money on a penny stock? Penny is the most corrupted world of all IMO. And yeah, it happens both ways that is up and down. Also if it was that serious, it takes lot less effort and money to halt the stock. I have seen it numerous times in the OTC land in my short experience. It only indicates they are after an individual and not the company itself.
