I contacted the SEC and was told..they..would INVESTIGATE

Since then they will not give out any more information which I guess is normal. They get thousands of complaints per week.

OBVIOUS criminal action by the CEO should be punished, but I am doubtful that the SEC will do much. Too much to do and too little staff to take care of it. Maybe after the REVERSE SPLIT and more fraud.
