If the SEC has an active investigation against a company I would presume trading would be halted. No they haven’t traded much but still they have traded. They obviously are still in business since the secretary is answering the phones. What does that mean? I don’t know. If they have still been in operation the last year they may have Signed more contracts they may have actually built a business. Could a merger be in place with Linux labs when this is all over? If it turns out they had no involvement and there’s been a year of progressive movement in building the company it could be a big ride up.
