Okay I did my DD. I checked sec, nada. Checked OTC markets and theyre 2 years behind with same sad sap story about delays yada yada. I saw your post about initial source of this merger, checked link out and it seemed poorly designed/created. Checked domain out and it shows it was created and hasnt been touched since. For such a huge deal, why such a sloppy ill maintained website? I am not going 2 funnel thru hundreds of posts looking for something 2 redeem this POS.
