Not at all. Look at PFMS , a year or so ago it was showing .000001 and ran to .0070 recently.

This is just traders not wanting to hold and giving their shares to the MMs for the cheap. IMO.

Something will come of this, just no telling when. Fytton sold this shell to the new group and got paid in shares so it will need to run or get volume for him to actually be able to get anything out of it.
