"early tax loss selling" only works if someone else is buying when the seller tries to sell. So.. who's been buying?

I carried about 3MM shares through 2018 at avg pps around 0.0009. A few months ago, I gave up hope of ever seeing that as a break-even price, so I bought enough 0001 shares to bring my avg pps down around 00027 - I'm still thinking Frankie will pop up again with some credible idea/scam to sell ("Skullies ain't it..) and I could see a spike to 0004. My original shares will lose money, but my additional stake will make up the loss and then some. Or I bail someday at 0001 and watch it hit 0016 the very next week...

So, that's why I was a buyer in June.. but who's buying now, and why? Others like me, or something else?

This is my opinion. There are many others like it, but this
one is mine!

Seems simple, right?
