Is DRNG a scam?

When I try to purchase it in Fidelity, it says:

Opening transactions for Pink Sheets (without information) are not permitted because of the risks associated with these securities and all Microcap securities.

Fidelity is not letting me purchase this stock, because it is too risky.
This is the first time I've seen Fidelity not let me purchase a penny stock / pink sheet.
