CDMO owns Bavi, a drug that binds PS and has failed in all its clinical trials as an anti-oncology agent. You can talk all you like about PS targeting or about receptors that use PS as part of their mechanism, but it won't change the fa. ct that Bavi has failed in all its clinical trials

CDMO stopped owning Bavi after it sold it. Bavi failed the clinical trial and that is why it was allowed to move to Phase I. When Bavi failed the Phase I trial it was then promoted to the Phase II trial. Next, when Bavi failed the Phase II trial it was allowed to go the Phase III trial. Bavi's Phase III trial was stopped because it was worthless? It was sold for 8 millions then got an infusion of 80 millions. But that is what happens to products that fail and are worthless. :)
