I think mgmt is laser focused on what went wrong, and as the year end nears, The Street is gaining confidence that the turnaround strategy will be a forward looking, new and creative plan that addresses changing lifestyles and habits.

I think they thought for a long time that they were invincible and entitled to not have to be innovative.

Welcome to the real world.

It certainly helps that they brought back a very knowledgeable exec who is going to slip into his job as if it is a very comfortable old glove.
