Also ODD that it went into effect the day after the LOI letter 8/19/19
I Smell a deal coming. It ma be a better deal if No new shares have to be issued from to give the 51% voting that ontario required.
Jody and Gary have shares and skin in the game too so they are looking out for the best interest IMO
