Well Dr Calabria said that FNMA is leveraged 1000 to 1 So
258/1000 is 00.258 cents. That's the value presently.
But lets say they raise capitol say 10 percent. So they
sell assets. That will bring them to 2.58. in another ten years.
Why?? It took us 10 years to catch up to 1000 to 1.
Since when did FNMA get into the gambling or speculation business??.
