$DPLS is extremely undervalued at these levels. I think you have the concept of a pump and dump mixed up haha.
The goal is: to buy Before the pump and sell Before the dump...there has been no pump yet. The AS isn’t even close to maxed out yet—so no need for a RS...it’s pretty obvious what is likely to ensue...
Not saying this isn’t a bs scam (all pink/otcs are), but there is money to be made imho. Buy the cheapies while you still can!
