Few things to consider

First off this 10Q should not of been a shock to anyone following the company. This 10Q is for Q2 ending 6/30/19.There systems started selling in Nov. 18. 7 months ago.

already knew the converts were going to be a issue and no surprise they are.

700k of revs. for 6 months with decreasing operating costs nice.

Tells me the Annihilyzer system is well received and the company knows how to keep costs down.

The company states it will be close to profitable by the end of Q4 2019. The company also projects 2.5M in expenses over the next 12 months. 700K x 2= 1.4M not even close to 2.5M in projected operating costs.

To me there saying they signed up more hospitals and perhaps sold more agricultural unis.

No big deal on the compensation to Jody and Gary that's was stated in prior fins. What I do like is both are willing to take shares. So they both feel like PCTL is on the verge of greatness.

The Annihilare issues. Obviously something major went down. PCTL own the patents on the Annihiyzer system plain and simple. Parker Snipes and Marty Paris Jr. more recently developed this add on software there trying to say creates a new patent for the Annihilyzer system.
Hopefully the fued between the companies is all worked out.

if you go to the Annihilare website https://www.annihilare.com/

Check out the team http://www.worldchurchunites.org/about-us/meet-the-team/

All those people work for Annihiliare or Prime ITS They made the the Anniliyzer system for PCT Corp. prior to Bingham Canyon buying PCT Corp.

Perhaps some of the issues reside here about donations to "save the world by providing clean water technology. That's my gut feeling

Thing is PCTL Ltd. owns the patents.

I do agree that the prolonged Ontario deal could be revolving around PCTL and Annihiliare.

I assume filing yesterday was to prevent a stop sign. The other aspect of the late filing was it gave time for PCTL to acknowledge in NOTE 13. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS what was going on with Annihilare.

I don't see this as an issue and it all could be resolved by now.

Yes we will need an infusion of cash in the next 60 days to pay off the upcoming converts. Ontario would be fine but personally I never like the deal. With the projected profits for EOY I'm hoping they can get a bank loan or get a better deal from someone else or a renegotiated Ontario deal.

The Super voting preferred B's tells me there may be a deal already in place or Jody and Gary want to make the decisions even thought they might not have 51% of the shares.

This is exciting time though 2 more Q's to go and lets not forget

2019 TIPS innovation of the year award with participation at the HITS conferences. World sales for agriculture this only has the potential to be bigger than health care. Pre and post crop disinfection. how many people died from e coli, how many products were recalled because of bacteria infestation.

Lets not forget a few months ago PCTL was sub penny not to mention just another OTC lotto play. There technology is now excepted in the health care industry and will be the go to technology in the agriculture industry along with the oil industry.

Good things coming PCTL's way
