I was posting here because I still had a slight interest in PCTL but after this 10Q I will no longer be wasting my time on this junk. Anyone who knows how to read a filing unbiased can see that there is pain and suffering in the horizon. Even if the merger goes through, there is so many obstacles this company has to jump through to become profitable and escape the vicious debt cycle it's going down that it will be several months/years before it turns a profit. I've seen companies get crushed by smaller obstacles and don't have an ounce of faith this stock will pull through. Dilution will run rampantly here without a doubt, as is indicated in the filings.

I've been down this path before and am glad I know where it ends. To those who save yourselves a long and painful journey, congrats. And those who need to see to believe that this is a dead-end, the experience will serve you well in subsequent trades.
