Alley-Oop followed by Slam-Dunk??

10-Q .. just the set up...followed by 8-K slam dunk or major news? Few things indicating major storm:

1. CEO settles for a pissweak salary but a good chunk of shares instead. Maybe a new arrangement (merger or something else??) makes him feel the shares will be a better choice...kind of like the Google owners drawing a $1 salary but the chunk is the stocks and bonuses.

2. Increase in voting rights. Why the hell would someone in a small scale firm worry about voting rights?? Maybe if there was a merger, the increase in voting rights would give them the right sort of power in the new equation??

3. Not so great 10-Q delayed for so long!! Why?? They could have put this out much earlier..So what was causing this great delay...
