MC is trying to be as vague as possible but he is clear about ending NWS, building the capital, and making FnF safe and sound.

If MC is obsessed so much with building the capital then why not cancel retroactively NWS ASAP as he has court ruling in his favor.

However MC is not concerned about how much money shareholders make it is incidental to his main duty of making FnF safe and sound.
