My understanding from talking with industry people there will still be plenty of pipeline for IIPR and PW .... many banks will be hesitant to do long term financings for facilities and may just start with business checking accounts . Also the senate could delay it as well. Also the food deals will still outperform the traditional reit returns . Combine it trades below $13 nav and $1m float once they get financing they can quickly put money to work and it’s not hard to get $30-$50+ valuation for me all imo
